Nonprofits and socially motivated organisations are under increasing pressure from donors and investors to incorporate evidence based impact into their operating models, including their investment decision making processes, systems, and organisational design.

When data is constant, static reports can look redundant.

Today there is a whole new array of tools, frameworks, theories - and with it consultants - offering social impact analysis and auditing. And yet, many still struggle to effectively communicate the fundamental outcomes of their day-to-day work.

Impact is happening in real-time, so why wait until the annual report to let your supporters, donors and stakeholders know about your valuable work?

Working closely with Citizens UK our team designed and built an innovative bespoke impact dashboard to track a number of KPIs that are central to their community organising work using animated infographic-style elements.

Impact figures are updated by local organisers in the field using iPhone, iPad and Android Apps. This data is then fetched via an API to display cumulative running totals. This creates a simple page for local workers and volunteers to see more clearly their individual contribution to the overall effort.
